You're Invited to a Live, UnClobber Virtual Workshop
Introducing the UnClobber Two-Day Virtual Workshop. Join me and others from around the world!
Has your head and your heart been at war with each other over the Bible and homosexuality?
Has your beliefs about God and the Bible clashed with your deep sense that identifying as LGBTQ just can’t be what you’ve always been told it is: an abomination, or, a problem to be solved?
Are you looking to once and for all settle the question about what the Bible (and therefore God) has to say about those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, or if this topic intrigues you in some way, then I invite you join me for an UnClobber Virtual Workshop.
WHAT IS THE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP?
The UnClobber Virtual Workshop takes place online (I bet you figured that already) so that anyone around the world can participate.
The next Workshop is schedule for Saturday/Sunday, September 24/25.
Day One will focus on the two Old Testament clobber passages (Genesis and Leviticus), while Day Two will unpack the two New Testament passages (Romans and 1 Corinthians).
After each session there will be a time for Q&A with me (as well as the chance to interact and discuss as the teaching sessions are happening).
Here are a few more details for questions you might have:
Each registrant will receive one signed copy of UnClobber: Rethinking Our Misuse of the Bible on Homosexuality that I’ll mail to you
If you can't make both days live, don't worry, each session will be recorded and available to be viewed for the next 30 days.
When registering, you'll also have the option to Add-On lifetime access to the UnClobber Online Courses.
SUPER EARLY BIRD RATE (happening now until Sept 9): $117
EARLY BIRD RATE (Sept 10-16): $137
REGULAR RATE (Sept 17-23): $157
I invite you to register today for the next UnClobber Virtual workshop. I hope you’ll join me and together continue to build a movement of people who take the Bible more seriously, and who accept God’s love more deeply, and who either become better allies for our queer siblings, or, if you yourself identify as LGBTQ, may you come to know, without a doubt, that you are a beloved child of God just as you are.
I’ll see you soon.
